Med-dispensing pharmacy kiosks rolling out in Canada

Prescription medication-dispensing kiosks already are being put through their paces at Toronto-area hospitals, with eight more on their way to locations across the province of Ontario in the coming months,according to The Canadian Press.
One will be going into an isolated First Nations (aboriginal Canadian) reserve that is without either a pharmacy or a doctor's office.
A pilot kiosk at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto has dispensed hundreds of prescriptions since last March without a single error, the Ontario Hospital Association said in the report.
