ORLANDO, Fla. -- Frank W. Mayer, chairman of the board of Frank Mayer and Associates, Inc., was inducted into the Point-of-Purchase Advertising International Hall of Fame on Feb. 8.
The honor recognizes Mayer's accomplishments in the point-of-purchase industry and his continuing service to its international trade organization. He has served the organization in several key leadership positions during his more than 40 years in the industry, according to a news release.
His father, Frank G. Mayer, was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1994, making the Mayers one of the few father-son teams to receive this recognition.
Mayer is the second generation leader of the 70-year-old, privately-held Frank Mayer and Associates, a point-of-purchase display, interactive kiosk merchandising, sales promotion and direct marketing company headquartered in Grafton, Wis.
According to the release, Mayer has expanded the regional company's reach to national and international markets.
