Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad, a Malaysian property developer, has partnered with WIT Ventures to introduce a smart concierge service kiosk at Levia Residence, Kuala Lumpur, according to a report from The Vibes Malaysia.

The service aims to enhance resident experience by providing 24/7 access to a range of amenities and services, including:

• Security: Controlled access and monitoring.
• Convenience: Personalized services like maintenance and transportation.
• Technology: The Horosys app for remote management of guest access and other features.

This initiative positions Levia Residence as a technologically advanced residential development in Malaysia.
