ATLANTA -- Mann Theatres, one of the entertainment industry's most prestigious exhibitors, has deployed new point-of-sale and back-office technology from Radiant Systems Inc. in its theatres.
With this deployment, Mann has implemented its second generation of Radiant technology, upgrading its hardware to Intel-based Radiant P400 POS terminals and deploying Radiant's theater-management software. Radiant's complete system helps cinema operators enhance the customer experience and proactively manage their businesses by delivering easy-to-use, reliable technology for box office and self-service kiosk ticketing, as well as concession operations, according to a news release.
In addition to operating modern multi-screen theatres, Mann is host to many star-studded world premieres at locations such as the world-famous Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Overall, the company owns 21 theatres with 123 screens in southern California.
