Lucidiom Inc. and Trevoli Ltd. have shed some light on Trevoli's Photo Finale suite of products by integrating them exclusively with all of Lucidiom's Automated Photo Machines (APMs).
Lucidiom is a digital imaging company located in Northern Virginia. Trevoli is a software development company based in Dallas.
Beginning with the release of APM v2.0 this month, the Photo Finale image-viewing software will be provided free of charge on each Image CD created at the APM, according to a press release.
Trevoli's Photo Finale is a commercial product designed to enhance the customer's digital photography experience, but goes a big step farther. It mixes such features as a slideshow set to mp3 or Windows Media music, one-touch emailing with traditional photo imaging tools, like zoom, rotate, crop, red-eye removal and image enhancement. The company says it is technically advanced and user-friendly for consumers.
"Lucidiom is extremely innovative and a market leader in the digital photofinishing industry," said Joe Zarrehparvar, Trevoli's CEO. "Our partnership will enable our customers to enjoy a unique, comprehensive and integrated solution."
Photo Finale can be upgraded to display the photo retailer's logo, store information and website while providing a print-ordering wizard that is connected directly back to the photo retailer. To transfer, store and route the images to the print lab, Lucidiom's APM Anywhere is used, making Photo Finale the first third-party software product to support the APM Anywhere platform.
"APM Anywhere and Photo Finale provide the lab with a powerful new tool for generating print revenue," said Steve Giordano Jr., Lucidiom's president. "Now, the retailer can easily extend the reach of his business beyond his storefront. Photo Finale and APM Anywhere work seamlessly to create a total customer experience."
