Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores has partnered with Bite to install smart kiosks at its Arby's restaurant locations nationwide, according to a CSP report. The initiative, reported on June 27, 2025, aims to enhance customer experience by providing faster, more accurate, and personalized ordering, while also reducing operational costs.
These tablet-like touch screen kiosks are ADA compliant and support ordering in both English and Spanish. They feature visual menus, suggest limited-time promotions and offer recommendations. The kiosks integrate with Love's existing technology, including its point-of-sale systems, loyalty rewards program and the Love's Connect app, allowing My Love's Reward members to apply benefits at checkout.
"This technology doesn't just improve the guest experience — it transforms our operations. By streamlining the ordering process, our team members can dedicate more time to food preparation, optimizing the customer experience and driving loyalty," Joe Cotton, vice president of food service for Love's, told the news outlet. "It's another way Love's helps customers get back on the road quickly."
