Finding qualified technicians is one of the hardest tasks for any company in the self-service kiosk industry. Searching for techs on Craigslist or Monster takes hours, and many times the technicians aren't qualified.
John Shaw, technical product manager at Field Nation, will offer tips on how managers can quit shifting through spreadsheets and pages of emails and start finding rated and reviewed kiosk technicians in minutes.

Shaw began his career in the field service industry in 2011 at Field Solutions, which was later acquired by Field Nation. He became a solutions engineer in 2015, and is now a technical product manager who facilitates technical aspects of new features for the Field Nation field service marketplace.
