The Wise Marketer: Levi Strauss decided to address the problem of growing competition in the denim clothing market by trying to make a traditional struggle - finding a shop with the right pair of jeans - into a 10-second shopping experience. The (fully clothed) customer steps into a glass booth; the system scans their body and prints out recommended sizes and styles of Levi's jeans. The company is planning to take the system on a 12-city tour.
