LONDON --Kudos Digital Group, producer of solutions for self-service devices and digital signage, and Intermedia Kiosks, producer self-ordering systems, have formalized a strategic business partnership.
The partnership is the culmination of an 18-month collaboration during which the Kudos Enterprise system has been integrated with, and used globally as the platform for the Xpress Ordering System and other foodservice solutions from Intermedia.
Kudos Digital Group will work closely with Intermedia Kiosks UK in delivery of this application to the UK and European markets. Kudos will also provide related consulting, delivery and services, according to a news release.
"Kudos' system provides the architecture, flexibility and robust form, ideally suited to the demands of networked self-ordering kiosks," said Steward Gold, president and chief executive officer of Intermedia Kiosks USA.
"We look forward to building on the progress already made with Kudos, and are confident in their ability to secure a substantial market within Europe."

Goals of the Xpress Ordering System are reduced wait times and a simplified ordering process that is fast, accurate and fun for consumers to use. The goals for retailers include increased transactions and ordering sizes, reduced customer interaction time and improved labor productivity, according to the release.
