Knoxville uses TouchKnow&Go kiosks to advise visitors of attractions, restaurants

Knoxnews.com: The Knoxville Tourism & Sports Corp. is using four TouchKnow&Go electronic kiosks that will give people information on restaurants, shops, tourist sites and other local attractions at their fingertips. The kiosks act like a hotel concierge or mini version of a visitor center, said Gloria Ray, president of the tourism and sports corporation. The kiosks are tied into an extensive data base that will be regularly updated, and each ADA-compliant kiosk is operated with a touchscreen.
