InfoNation, which offers support and advice for young people in Swansea, a coastal city and county in Wales, is now making its services available throughout schools via digital signage kiosks from Kiosks4Business.
The company recently installed its Eidos models, a freestanding wheelchair-accessible kiosk in a compact enclosure, according to a company press release. InfoNation chose a white kiosk with an anthracite grey base. Equipped with InformationPoint, Kiosks4Business's public access software, the kiosks provide a wide range of Web-based information to users.
When not in use, the InformationPoint software acts like a digital sign presenting numerous images, calls to action and other news to service users. This particular implementation included QR codes that could be used to access the main website on a mobile. Using the Kiosks4Business Content Management System, administrators are able to change the content available on the kiosk.
