Kiosks find home in Calif. park

San DiegoUnion-Tribune: Balboa Park has three new tour guides: 12-foot-tall kiosks that provide convenient, easy-to-use information for visitors to the sprawling park. In addition to maps of the park, the computerized kiosks offer the lowdown on museums, gardens and restaurants. Visitors also can get cash from ATMs or e-mail a Balboa Park postcard to friends. The kiosks also provide Wi-Fi coverage in surrounding areas.
