Greeting card kiosk company Card Isle Corp. has announced a partnership with Eaton Corp. to install its kiosks on the 600,000-square-foot Eaton Center campus in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. With the kiosk, users can create their own greeting cards with customized greetings and local art, according to a press release.
Card Isle was founded in 2013 by three Virginia Tech students as part of a class project. According the release, the kiosk addresses the retail problem of unsatisfying greeting cards by allowing customers to customize their own messages.
The kiosk offers more than 4,000 greeting card templates by local and independent artists. The kiosk also allows users to create selfie cards and stickers to add to their cards.
Card Isle will deploy the kiosk inside the Take Ten Café on campus. A Card Isle representative will be on-site to give away free cards and demonstrate the kiosk's capabilities.
