Phoenix Kiosk Inc. says it will showcase solutions for the fastest-growing sectors of its business in Booth #431 at KioskCom in Las Vegas on April 14-15.
The company is currently featuring three solutions: its branded Reception Kiosk, as well as solutions for chambers of commerce and marketing. Phoenix Kiosk says it has provided countless custom applications within these sectors. From now through the end of April, customers can take advantage of significant savings on two packaged options for the ReceptionKiosk. Details are availableon a special pageat the company Web site.
Although Phoenix Kiosk provides turnkey solutions, the company says it specializes in providing software that is tailored by its in-house programmers and IT staff. In fact, Phoenix Kiosk will have its software specialists on-hand at KioskCom to walk visitors through demos and answer questions. Phoenix Kiosk will be reminding expo attendees that it's one of the few elite companies in the industry that provides software, hardware, and consumables – all under one roof. If customers can't make it to the expo, the company's entire product line is available atPhoenixKiosk.com.
"Once potential clients understand the breadth of our in-house design and software capabilities, they're eager to talk to us," said Alan Work, general manager of Phoenix Kiosk. "KioskCom continues to be a great platform for us to get the word out. We've put a lot of pre-promotional efforts into this year's expo, and we're confident that this will lead to great results."
Reception
"The ReceptionKiosk can help a company utilize employees for services that they may have been too busy to handle in the past," Work said. "Freeing up an administrative assistant or receptionist to do higher value-added tasks makes a company's payroll more productive."
The reception/lobby kiosk, usually placed in a lobby or greeting area, allows visitors to access a complete company or building directory from the kiosk. Visitors can search for employees using the ReceptionKiosk's touchscreen, and then contact employees through internet-based protocols or existing networks and phone systems. The ReceptionKiosk supports one or multiple companies, multiple departments and up to 100,000 employees, according to Phoenix.
Chamber of Commerce
Phoenix's chamber of commerce solution is available in the Taaink and Piitch models, both delivered with a 32-inch portrait LCD display in a sleek, modern design. The Chamber of Commerce solution allows visitors to quickly search and retrieve information within a customizable directory of places to go, eat, learn and explore, according to Phoenix. Powered by an efficient web-based application, the solution is designed for both directory kiosks and public computers. A touchscreen or keyboard/mouse can be used for easy navigation. The Chamber of Commerce solutions are typically placed in a visitor center or other areas where guests can utilize the information. The software can help reduce administrative costs by allowing visitors to receive the information they require on a self-service directory kiosk or monitor. Kiosk users are greeted with an interactive splash screen that displays advertising and imagery of the client's choice. Once the visitor begins to interact with the system, they are taken to a main menu of customizable category buttons (attractions, points of interest, lodging, etc.). Categories are usually broken down into subcategories with member listings. "The Chamber of Commerce solution is incredibly interactive," Work said. "Depending on the client's needs, their visitors can do just about everything with the application – view a map of where they would like to go, make reservations online or call a particular venue to ask questions. And, the client has full control of their directory at all times."
Marketing
Phoenix Kiosk has two distinctive options for its marketing turnkey solution, the Sliivr and V2 kiosk models, both delivered with a 19-inch, touchscreen LCD display.
The marketing kiosk offers branding and lead-generation capabilities, Phoenix says, gathering the user's contact information and responses, as well as any other details deployers wish to obtain. All data is saved to a file that is easily accessed and sorted. The customizable kiosks come in more than 100 colors of powder coating, and deployers can select from more than 20 kiosk models, as well as adding company logos or other graphics.
"The Phoenix Kiosk marketing solution is the answer for any company that wants to enhance their brand, engage current or potential customers, and improve their bottom line," Work said. "Our marketing software is easy to use, and thanks to our design team, our kiosks are attention magnets too. So our clients find them extremely effective at generating leads."
