Instant credit card issuance company IA360° has launched its Instant Issuance Kiosk. The kiosk is designed to eliminate long approval and delivery wait times, according to the press release.
The kiosk is designed to issue EMV credit cards in retailers. Presidents Choice Financial has deployed the kiosk in grocery stores in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia as part of a pilot program.
"The ability to issue customers a credit card within minutes provides Canadians with convenient everyday banking options — right where they buy their groceries. Our goal is to make card issuance a simplified process by decreasing the two-week lag time between applications and when a customer receives and is able to use their new card," said Geoff Conant, founder and managing partner, IA360°. "We're excited to work with PC Financial in delivering this new and innovative service to Canadians."
