KeyMe, a self-serve key copying kiosk, has secured $25 million in Series D financing, bringing a total of more than $100 million to date, the company announced in an email to Kiosk Marketplace. The capital will support the company’s retail expansion.
The company provides kiosks in retailers that can copy keys in less than 30 seconds. It offers a mobile application that enables customers to safely scan and save a digital copy of their key so that they have access to their keys when and where they need them.
KeyMe kiosks are currently present in more than 1,000 retail locations, including Albertsons, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Kmart, Kroger, Mall of America, Rite Aid, Safeway, Sears and 7-Eleven.
