Kardashian beauty line gets AVT vending kiosk

AVT Inc. is helping the reality trio of Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian bring their cosmetic line to the masses. The company announced that it has designed and delivered a new automated retailing system for the Kardashians that recently debuted at Cosmoprof Worldwide in Bologna, Italy.

The touchscreen retail vending kiosk system features an interface that functions like a life-sized iPad, the announcement said. The system allows customers to preview colors, styles and finished looks before purchasing the products. Target deployment locations include hotels and resorts, with a focus on Asian markets.
