JD Sports Israel launches digital kiosks

JD Sports Israel has introduced digital kiosks across its stores, offering customers a more seamless shopping experience, according to a report by Retail Technology Innovation Hub. The kiosks provide real-time access to the retailer's entire inventory, allowing customers to locate and purchase products not available in-store.

"This project has been one of the most complex and rewarding experiences I've worked on," Hay Dick, head of e-commerce at JD Sports Israel, told the news outlet. "We've crafted a solution that enhances the in-store shopping experience in a big way."
