Passengers of Istanbul New Airport can experience real-time customer service and get help in seconds using a video kiosk powered by TrueConf SDK, according to a press release. The kiosks create personalized air travel experience, reduced waiting times and lower costs for the airport.
The system was designed for passengers requiring immediate assistance in purchasing tickets, viewing flight schedules or finding their way around the airport.
The solution supports a queuing algorithm that directs calls to an available call agent, reducing wait time. Operators can offer immediate video assistance to customers and improve the user experience by providing visual cues. All communication sessions run in a local network and are recorded on the server for further reference and operator assessment.
