Innovative Technology Americas boosts its US presence

Innovative Technology Americas, Inc., the US arm of UK-based Innovative Technology Ltd., has tripled the size of its US team this year to offer its SMART range of intelligent bill acceptors, recyclers, coin hoppers and ticket printers to the U.S. market, according to a press release.

The SMART Way combines the SMART Payout, a mixed denomination bill recycler, and SMART Coin System (bulk coin feeder, hopper and recycler) to provide a cash handling system for self-service and kiosk applications.

Designed to eliminate coin starvation and improve payout speed, the units can store all denominations from a given currency, eliminating coin/bill starvation and reducing the float level required to keep machines operational. The SMART Way removes the need for multiple hoppers, reducing the overall space required for cash handling peripherals.

"We have tripled the size of our US team this year with extra sales and service staff to ensure we can provide the best level of support for our customers across the region," Rebecca White, vice president of sales for Innovative Technology Americas, Inc., said in the press release.
