ImageXpres signs southeast US distribution for photo kiosk

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - ImageXpres Corporation has signed a sales and distribution agreement with EW Tech Enterprises Inc., an Atlanta-based marketing firm, to market sell, distribute, and operate ImageXpres Digital Print & Decor Centres, featuring the digital iPrint Kiosk 7600IP, throughout the southeast United States. According to a news release, the agreement also establishes a newly-formed company, ImageXpres of Georgia Inc., which will be dedicated to the marketing, sales, and distribution of ImageXpres Centres and multimedia kiosks. ImageXpres of Georgia, Inc. has placed an initial sales order for two iPrint Kiosks, which will be located in Atlanta retail mall locations. The iPrint Kiosk 7600IP can produce full-color prints, up to poster size, in minutes while the customer waits. The unit is available for purchase on a limited basis, with a full launch slated for mid 2005.
