Hewlett-Packard Co. just gave rival printer giant Eastman Kodak Co. a swift kick in the shins, according to MarketWatch.com.
HP's "Prints in Minutes" photo kiosks, which customers use to make photo prints from their digital cameras, are replacing Kodak photo kiosks across the Walmart Stores Inc. chain. Walmart has more than 8,000 retail locations under various brand names in 15 countries. HP also will be the supplier for the ink, toner and paper refills for the kiosks.
The fight even went high school, with both companies taking shots at each other on Twitter.
