The Health Department in Chandigarh, India, has begun installing health information kiosks, according to The Tribune. The information is in English, although state specific changes could be made, according to Dr. G. Dewan, director of Health UT.
The National Health Mission, in collaboration with the Centre of Health Institute, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, have undertaken the project. Information kiosks have been installed at the Mani Majra Civil Hospital, GMSH-16, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research and GMCH 32.
