Hospital vending machines get healthy makeover

Vending machines at Indiana, Illinois and Michigan hospitals belonging to the Mishawaka, Indiana-based Franciscan Allianceare getting a healthy makeover, an Associated Press article in NWITimes says.

Following the signature of a contract with Machesney Park, Illinois-based vending services company Ace Coffee Bar, Franciscan Alliance’s vending machines will offer more healthy options and will be fitted with an interactive screen that displays the nutritional value of food and drinks before people buy them, AP says.
