The connected system is designed to simplify game access and prize redemption for guests while giving resort employees tools to manage arcade activity.

Chelsea West, recreation manager at Hawks Cay Resort, said Sacoa helped guide the project from planning through on-site deployment. She credited Cesar Pampin with providing communication and project support and Oscar Godenzi with handling the technical installation, saying their work helped the arcade become operational with fewer complications.
