GSI warms up to French kiosks

MONTREAL - Public communication provider GSI Technologies USA Inc. (OTCBB:GSITB) has reached an agreement with French company AC & D to sell, deploy, and maintain Internet kiosks.

The first phase of the project, involving 400 kiosks, will be deployed starting in February. It is expected to take a year to finish this phase. GSI officials did not disclose where the kiosks will be located or what retailers/government agencies the two companies are working with.

GSI has offices in Montreal, Paris, and Milan, and specializes in high-tech advertising projects. AC & D offers consulting and technical advice to French companies.
