Grocery self-checkout arrives in New Zealand

Stuff.co.nz: Grocery giant Foodstuffs will introduce New Zealand's first self-service supermarket checkout at a Pak 'N Save store in Christchurch later this month. Foodstuffs' upper North Island cooperative will follow by the end of the year.
