GrayMatter acquires Servy to expand self-service offerings

GrayMatter Software Services, an analytics and software solutions provider for airports, has acquired Servy, a provider of mobile ordering and self-service platforms for the hospitality industry, according to a press release.

The acquisition will allow GrayMatter to expand its self-service offerings, enabling airports to enhance passenger experiences and boost non-aeronautical revenue.

"We are excited to welcome the Servy team into the GrayMatter family," Vikas Gupta, founder and CEO of GrayMatter, said in the release. "Our products and expertise in managing non-aeronautical revenue streams will significantly enhance value for Servy's customers."
