GoTab, a hospitality technology leader, has introduced self-ordering kiosks designed to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience, according to a press release. The kiosks integrate seamlessly with GoTab's Restaurant Commerce Platform, offering flexibility and cost-effectiveness through compatibility with various hardware platforms.
"GoTab has revolutionized our guest experience with intuitive kiosks and table ordering, allowing our guests to work, dine and soak in the atmosphere without any delays," Nick Freshman, founder of Mothersauce Partners, said in the release. Freshman is also owner of Upside on Moore, a food hall that has implemented the kiosks.
The kiosks allow customers to easily browse menus, customize orders and pay, while also providing businesses with tools to manage orders and communicate with customers via text.
