GlobalShop makes it official - Vegas in 2004

CHICAGO - GlobalShopofficials announced the retail exposition will move to the Sands Expo & Convention Center at the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas next year. The dates of the show are March 22-24, 2004.

This year's event, currently underway at Chicago's McCormick Place, has attracted 13 percent more visitors than last year's show, according to registration figures from show officials. The show's producer, VNU Expositions, said that 200 new exhibitors are on the show floor.

The three-day event concludes March 18.
