Giant Eagle supermarkets to install health kiosks

Higi, a consumer health engagement company that provides connected health care kiosks to retailers, will place its health stations in 218 Giant Eagle stores across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana and Maryland, according to a press release.

The kiosks offer free health screenings and health education tools and resources. 

"Higi has become a market leader, offering the capabilities needed for Giant Eagle pharmacists to connect the dots between the various healthcare entities contributing to the care of our shoppers," Jim Tsipakis, senior vice president of pharmacy at Giant Eagle, said in the release.
