July 28, 2002

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- AutoPhotoKiosks GmbH, a Bonn, Germany-based deployer of photo reproduction kiosks, has signed contracts with authorities in the German cities of Cologne and Dusseldorf to deploy kiosks.

The contracts include two kiosks at Dusseldorf Airport and six kiosks at unspecified locations for the Cologne Registration Office for Passport and Identification Card Applications.

AutoPhotoKiosk, a subsidiary of Vancouver, British Columbia-based automotive aftermarket firm Spectre Industries Inc. (OTCBB:STND), now has contracts for the deployment of more than 20 kiosks in Germany. The company is currently working with an unnamed European financing group to develop a revenue-sharing program for the company.
