Fuji + maps = online directions to the kiosk

ELMSFORD, N.Y. - Fuji Photo Film U.S.A. Inc., eager to lure photographers to its digital camera developing services, is making directional maps available online through two of its Web sites -- Fuji Film and Digital Camera Developing.

By typing in a zip code, Web site users can retrieve information on all retail outlets in their area that feature Fuji digital developing products, including self-service digital imaging kiosks. Clicking on a specific location brings up a map with text directions to the location.

Fuji officials said the development locator service is in response to the increasing popularity of digital photography.

"Fujifilm has a large group of retail partners that can offer digital camera developing along with their regular film developing services, and they are all listed on the locator," Joe Welch, Fuji director of marketing, retail digital systems, commercial imaging division, said in a news release.
