ELMSFORD, N.Y. -- Imaging and information products and services provider Fuji Photo Film U.S.A. Inc. will shift its corporate headquarters from Elmsford, N.Y., to a 164,000-square-foot facility in nearby Valhalla, N.Y., it was announced on Aug. 5.
Officials from Westchester County, N.Y., made the announcement, calling it the largest lease transaction to occur in the county, a suburb of New York City, in two years.
Fuji, which has developed a line of digital photofinishing kiosks, has signed a 10-year lease to move its headquarters to Reckson Summit and will occupy two full floors of the complex and part of another. The lease commences in April of 2003. Fuji's current corporate facility features 106,000 square feet of office space.
The Aug. 5 announcement ends Fuji's three-year search for new corporate digs. The company considered locations in Westchester and Fairfield counties in New York, along with facilities outside the New York City area.
