SAN FRANCISCO - friendlyway Corporation, a developer and marketer of interactive self-service solutions, announced in a news release of the Secure Browser, Composer and Client Manager, a new integrated software suite for creating and managing rich dynamic content for digital signage and kiosk technologies.
friendlyway Secure Browser provides tools to lock down and secure digital signage displays and self-service kiosks to only the content users are allowed to see. Functions include deactivation of alt-keys, limitation of Web page and Internet access, timed black screen, customizable interface for branding and screen saver with live media content.
friendlyway Composer provides creative control over content layout, allowing screening segmentation and the ability to show multiple media on one screen. A display can show live TV on the top, a text ticker in the middle and interactive wayfinding on the bottom. The software allows administrators to manage content on multiple units from one location.
friendlyway Client Manager monitors software and hardware functions, troubleshoots and generates statistics all from a remote location.
"Our goal with this software suite is to offer our customers a complete solution that can take them into the next generation of digital signage and kiosk content," said Alexander von Welczeck, chief executive officer of friendlyway Corporation. "We like to consider not only our customers' current needs, but what they will need in the years to come."
