GRAFTON, Wis. -- Frank Mayer & Associates has redesigned its corporate Web site, frankmayer.com, and has launched a new site, fmakiosks.com, dedicated to interactive kiosks.
The new site reflects the company's emphasis on the kiosk market, said Cheryl Lesniak, marketing coordinator at Frank Mayer. The corporate site focuses on the company's core POP merchandising.
"Kiosks needed to be their own entity; they required lots more attention," said Lesniak. "They are a more complicated area of business, considering the hardware, software, shipping requirements and information needed on such things as ventilation, cleaning and maintenance, and preventing theft."
Lesniak said the company has had an increase in information requests from visitors to the new kiosk site. "We respond within 24 hours. We can help or we can't help, but the visitor always gets an answer."
The company has worked on search optimization so potential users can see the Frank Mayer name within the top five listings of popular search engine mechanisms.
