DynaTouch Interactive Technologies has honored Army Garrison Fort Lee, Virginia for four years of self-service excellence serving the nation’s military personnel using Interactive Customer Evaluation software.
In January 2012, under the direction of the Directorate of Logistics, the Plans, Analysis and Integration Office and the Fort Lee Army Garrison Information Management Office, DynaTouch placed 20 interactive kiosks throughout Fort Lee. In March of 2015, Fort Lee purchased two more kiosks to increase its reach.
Using TIPS kiosk management software to lock down the browser and secure the kiosk platform, these kiosks provide point-of-service access to Interactive Customer Evaluation comment cards for self completion by military personnel and their families.
Each ICE kiosk allows customers to submit online comment cards to rate the service providers they have encountered at military installations and related facilities around the world. It is designed to improve customer service by allowing managers to monitor the satisfaction levels of services provided through reports and customer comments.
The DynaTouch ICE kiosks replaced most of the paper comment card submission boxes and the repurposed desktop computers previously used as comment stations.
"The kiosks’ usage tracking has logged over 21,000 user sessions since January of 2015," DynaTouch CEO Terri McClelland said in the press release. "We applaud Fort Lee’s commitment to our men and women in uniform. The kiosks really are making a difference."
