ETouchMenu, a subsidiary of House Advantage LLC, has announced a strategic partnership with Ingenico Group that leverages the technology firm's mobile point-of-sale platform and hardware to provide customers a full array of mobile ordering solutions and functionality.
According to a press release, Ingenico Group technology enables merchants to accept electronic payments wherever they need to serve customers — at a countertop, in an aisle, at the table or in the field. This allows merchants to order to create a consistent and engaging experience across all channels that drive customer loyalty and success.
The Ingenico Group hardware and software solution will extend an already broad suite of eTouchMenu digital menu offerings, marketing strategies and more to a wider range of touch points and devices — including Apple iOS and Google Android platforms.
"As more restaurants demand solutions that allow their customers to pay at the point of service, it's paramount that they're able to select the solution that's right for their business," Christopher Dismukes, Ingenico senior vice president of sales and mobile solutions for North America, said in the release.
