Escalate Retail to feature kiosk and mobile kiosk retail solutions at NRF

Cross-channel retail solution provider Escalate Retail today announced that it will be launching several new and improved "customer-centric" retail solutions at this month's National Retail Federation Convention and Expo.

Among the highlights of Escalate's new offerings will be the company's Interactive Store Kiosk and its new Pocket Kiosk.

The Interactive Store Kiosk uses multi-touch technology that responds to multiple touchpoints simultaneously to let shoppers use their hands to "grab" information and offers a range of features, like accessing multimedia and streaming video relevant to their shopping selections and preferences, according to the company.

The Pocket Kiosk gives shoppers access to information and product details similar to other kiosks, all while shoppers are still at the shelf.

Escalate will be in booth #619 at this year's NRF conference, set for Jan. 10-13 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
