Epson, a POS technology provider, will demonstrate online ordering, line busting and food freshness solutions with partners at the National Restaurant Show in Chicago, May 20-23, the company announced.
Zivelo will demonstrate its free-standing self-service consumer kiosk with Epson's TM-T88V single-station thermal printer. The demo station will also show line busting, which reduces or eliminates wait time, with Epson's MobiLink P80 and MobiLink P20 wireless receipt printers. This is designed for hospitality as orders taken on Zivelo's self-service kiosk can be transmitted directly to the kitchen without delay.
Onosys will be demonstrate how its fully customizable, digital ordering platform for restaurants leverages the Epson OmniLink Merchant Services Cloud to deliver orders to the OmniLink TM-T88VI intelligent printer and helps restaurants transform their mobile and online ordering experience.
Iconex, MAXStick and StickyPOS media will showcase leveraging the Epson TM-L90 Plus-i LFC (liner-free compatible) receipt printer with integrated food freshness application, designed for quick service and full service restaurants.
The demos will show how the joint solutions enable customers to quickly print order details and add appropriate labels to orders so foodservice operators can ensure that the right order is delivered to the right consumer, improving order accuracy and efficiencies, and maintaining food freshness.
Epson will also be showcasing its Multi-Station Kitchen Display Systems controller solution, which streamlines foodservice operations for QSRs. It leverages the OmniLink TM-U220-i COM to drive up to nine kitchen displays via convenient networked KDS expansion modules.
The National Restaurant Show will be May 20-23 at McCormick Place in Chicago.
