Dubai transportation authority to deploy multifunction kiosks

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority will install self-service kiosks around the city to allow easier access to services that enable citizens to pay fines, renew licenses and replace lost or damaged licenses or registration cards.

According to a post on thenational.ae, the kiosks accept payments by cash and credit, as well as mobile NFC technology. The kiosks are designed with built-in cameras that allow for video calls with support staff, should users encounter a technical glitch or malfunction.
