A kiosk in downtown, Columbus, Ohio, will offer residents a future vision of their city as part of the city's free Exhibit Columbus exhibition from Aug. 24 to Dec. 1, according to a report in The Republic. The kiosk will be one of 18 temporary "What If Columbus," installations. The event is held every other year to focus on art, architecture and design.
Extrapolation Factor, a New York City based studio, will provide the software for a tablet on a concrete post at the corner of Second and Washington streets. The company coordinated a similar installation in San Jose, California, in partnership with The Tech Museum.
