Disney World to deploy cupcake ATM

Soon the Walt Disney World Resort outdoor shopping complex Disney Springs at Orlando, Florida, will have its own cupcake ATM. The company Sprinkles will have a bakery and cupcake ATM at the complex, according to a report by Orlando Sentinel.

The ATMS are designed to hold 400 cupcakes at a time, and use a robotic arm to dispense the cupcakes, which are stored in boxes. The ATM can dispense sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan and dog cupcakes.

At other ATM locations, the Sprinkles cupcakes cost about $4.25, and the ATMs currently only accept credit and debit cards. In addition to the Disney Springs location, the company also plans to deploy an ATM at the Hyde Park Village in Tampa, Florida.
