ST. JAMES, N.Y. -- Web kiosk application provider Dircks Associates is boosting its services after earning Netkey's Certified Solution Provider status.
In addition to its marketing communications services, Dircks will offer full integration, hardware, connectivity and kiosk enclosures, according to a Dircks news release. Netkey provides self-service solutions to clients such as Borders, JC Penney, Fidelity Investments, E*Trade and Ford.
Using Netkey's capabilities, Dircks' future projects include gift registries, product locators, online shopping and loyalty programs, said Dave Dircks, the company's founder and president.
In early June, Dircks announced plans for a shopping-cart-based kiosk at Stop&Shop supermarkets throughout New England, New York and New Jersey (See story: Dircks creating user interface for shopping-cart-based kiosk).
