Greensboro, North Carolina, plans to deploy City Posts digital signage kiosks at 13 intersections in the downtown area next month. These kiosks will offer wayfinding to help visitors locate parking, restaurants and other amenities, according to a report by My Fox 8.
"The boards will provide information on attractions, provide information on directions, provide information on small business who can advertise through the boards," Justin Outling, city councilman, said in the report.
Downtown Greensboro Inc., the company behind the kiosks, will offer advertising spots on the displays to cover the cost of the kiosks.
