The Denver Broncos, in conjunction with Aramark, its new food and beverage provider, unveiled on Friday concessions improvements at Empower Field at Mile High, including Mashgin self-checkout scanners and self-order kiosks, according to a press release.
Concession stands on the 100, 300 and 500 levels of the stadium have been renovated and modernized while redesigned menu boards and reconfigured speed lines will expedite the ordering and transaction processes, according to a press release.
Mashgin artificial intelligence self-checkout scanners allow fans to place the items they wish to purchase on the unit where they are scanned simultaneously for quick payment, significantly increasing speed of service.
Self-ordering kiosks have been installed at Sections 103 and 122, allowing fans to fully customize and pay for their order using touchscreen technology.
A new point-of-sale system includes Apple Pay to help speed up the ordering and payment process.
Over half the in-seat vendors will be equipped with handheld credit card reader technology, allowing fans to pay with credit card.
A new mobile ordering solution, Tapin2, will be available for United Club Level in-seat service, allowing fans to use their smartphones to place an order and have it delivered to their seats.
The Drink MKT in sections 116, 124, 321, 510 and 528 is an express, self-service beverage market.
