Delhi, India —The Hindustan Times reportsthat the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation is planning to install interactive touchscreen kiosks called digital information pods (DIPs) in 25 stations of the Delhi Metro prior to the Commonwealth Games in October. The DIPS will contain information about the city, including details on its culture, history, places of possible interest to tourists, movie times and information on the Commonwealth Games.
(The Commonwealth Games are an international athletics competition similar to the Olympics and involving countries in the Commonwealth of Nations, formerly the British Commonwealth, such as India, Canada and Australia.)
