D2 introduces healthcare check-in and wayfinding kiosk

MEQUON, Wis. — D2 Sales, LLC has introduced its newest kiosk, the My Patient Passport Express. The kiosk has been custom designed for the health care industry, featuring HIPPA compliant options such as a privacy monitor and retracting printers with two output size options.
My Patient Passport Express has been in development for more than two years, and after extensive field testing in pilot hospitals nationwide, the kiosk was unveiled at the HIMSS medical technology show in Orlando, Florida, February 24-28, 2008.
The D2 My Patient Passport Express kiosk provides patients with check-in, records updating, co-pay bill payment and wayfinding and mapping features.
