CSA Service Solutions acquires Equipment Management Service and Repair

CSA Service Solutions LLC, a provider of outsourced technical repair and maintenance services to the self service, healthcare, laboratory, security and critical power sectors, has acquired the operations of Equipment Management Service and Repair Inc., an independent service organization providing equipment service and repairs, primarily to the healthcare industry, according to a press release. EMSAR was founded in 1993 and services equipment for medical OEMs in all 48 states and parts of Canada.  

"EMSAR is extremely excited to be joining forces with CSA," EMSAR CEO Renee LaPine said in the press release. "Not only do our values align, but we believe our teams are excellent complements to each other. This will ultimately lead to an elevated customer experience."
