Langley Federal Credit Union is utilizing HappyOrNot kiosks, developed by DoublePort LLC, to measure customer satisfaction, according to areportfrom Daily Press. With these kiosks users can select one smiley face button from very happy to very unhappy.
The kiosks operate on cloud-based software that creates reports based on satisfaction levels throughout the day. From this information, Langley management can see if there is any correlation between satisfaction and the time of day and make improvements.
The kiosks are located at each of Langely's 18 branches.
